VLbot — a Discord bot for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes · Effective: 2026-09-02

VLbot collects only the identifiers it needs to provide game statistics and guild features. We never sell, rent or trade your data.

1. What we store

Discord identifiers — user IDs, server (guild) IDs and channel IDs, used to run commands, per-server settings and features.
Your ally code — the SWGOH ally code you link with /register, so the bot knows which in-game account to show.
Server settings — language, announcement channels, roles and similar preferences you configure.
Optional game link — if you use /ea connect, we store a game session token so that opt-in features you trigger (e.g. reading your mods) can work. It is used only for actions you start.

Game data (roster, GP, guild info, etc.) is read on demand from public SWGOH data sources (swgoh.gg, SWGOH Comlink) and is not personal data.

2. Why we use it

Solely to provide the bot’s features: player/guild statistics, guild tools, and the companion dashboard. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. Data is isolated per Discord server — one server never sees another server’s data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored in a private database on the bot’s server, accessible only to the bot and its operator. The companion dashboard requires a private login link (/weblogin).

5. Removing your data

You can remove your registration at any time. Remove the bot from your server, use the relevant unregister command, or ask us on Discord to delete your data. When VLbot is removed from a server, its stored settings for that server can be deleted on request.

VLbot zbiera tylko identyfikatory potrzebne do statystyk gry i funkcji gildyjnych. Nigdy nie sprzedajemy ani nie handlujemy Twoimi danymi.

1. Co przechowujemy

Identyfikatory Discord — ID użytkowników, serwerów (gildii) i kanałów, do obsługi komend, ustawień per serwer i funkcji.
Twój ally code — kod SWGOH powiązany przez /register, aby bot wiedział, które konto w grze pokazać.
Ustawienia serwera — język, kanały ogłoszeń, role i podobne preferencje.
Opcjonalne połączenie z grą — jeśli użyjesz /ea connect, przechowujemy token sesji gry, by opcjonalne funkcje, które sam uruchamiasz (np. odczyt modów), działały. Używany tylko do akcji przez Ciebie zainicjowanych.

Dane gry (roster, GP, info o gildii itp.) są pobierane na żądanie z publicznych źródeł SWGOH (swgoh.gg, SWGOH Comlink) i nie są danymi osobowymi.

2. Po co ich używamy

Wyłącznie do działania funkcji bota: statystyki gracza/gildii, narzędzia gildyjne i panel WWW. Nie używamy danych do reklam ani profilowania.

3. Udostępnianie

Nie sprzedajemy, nie wynajmujemy ani nie udostępniamy danych osobom trzecim. Dane są izolowane per serwer Discord — jeden serwer nie widzi danych innego.

4. Przechowywanie i bezpieczeństwo

Dane są w prywatnej bazie na serwerze bota, dostępnej tylko dla bota i jego operatora. Panel WWW wymaga prywatnego linku logowania (/weblogin).

5. Usunięcie danych

W dowolnej chwili możesz usunąć swoją rejestrację. Usuń bota z serwera, użyj odpowiedniej komendy wyrejestrowania lub napisz do nas na Discordzie o usunięcie danych.
