1. What VLbot is

VLbot is a free, community-run Discord bot that provides Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (SWGOH) statistics, guild tools and quality-of-life features. By adding VLbot to your server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

Use VLbot for its intended purpose. Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users. Guild-management features (e.g. pings, DMs) are meant for officers/leaders of the relevant in-game guild.

3. Availability & changes

VLbot is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break or be removed at any time, and the service may be paused for maintenance without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the bot.

4. Game data & affiliation

Game data is read from public SWGOH data sources (e.g. swgoh.gg, SWGOH Comlink). VLbot is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, Capital Games, Lucasfilm, or Disney. All Star Wars trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of VLbot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we store only the identifiers needed to run game-statistics features, and we never sell or trade your data.

VLbot to darmowy, społecznościowy bot Discord udostępniający statystyki Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (SWGOH), narzędzia gildyjne i udogodnienia. Dodając VLbota do serwera lub używając jego komend, akceptujesz niniejszy Regulamin.

2. Dozwolone użycie

Używaj VLbota zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. Nie nadużywaj, nie przeciążaj ani nie zakłócaj działania usługi. Funkcje zarządzania gildią (pingi, DM-y) są przeznaczone dla oficerów/liderów danej gildii w grze.

3. Dostępność i zmiany

VLbot jest udostępniany „tak jak jest”, bez jakiejkolwiek gwarancji. Funkcje mogą się zmieniać lub zniknąć w dowolnej chwili, a usługa może zostać wstrzymana bez uprzedzenia. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikłe z korzystania z bota.

4. Dane gry i powiązania

Dane gry pochodzą z publicznych źródeł SWGOH (m.in. swgoh.gg, SWGOH Comlink). VLbot to projekt fanowski, niepowiązany z Electronic Arts, Capital Games, Lucasfilm ani Disney. Znaki towarowe Star Wars należą do ich właścicieli.

5. Dane i prywatność

Korzystanie z VLbota reguluje też nasza Polityka prywatności. W skrócie: przechowujemy tylko identyfikatory potrzebne do statystyk gry i nigdy nie handlujemy Twoimi danymi.
